Beginners welcome through all levels.  No prior experience required!

 A sequence is created that is specific to your body and your fitness level and includes relaxation with stretching and strengthening poses.

 The classes can be energetic, or more gentle and restorative, determined on how we feel to move the energy.

Enjoy the flexibility of creating your own yoga class schedule towards improving your health!

Private Yoga instruction is scheduled like any other service.

Classes can be one-on-one or a group up to 3 people.

Classes are held in Jamie's home studio.
