Integrative stress relief with massage -1 1/2 hour


In this service I coach clients about discovering the triggers and causes of stress, how to begin to transform that stress by teaching  breathing techniques. These techniques help to help clear energy and increase  energy. We may include other energy work techniques, or relaxation techniques specific in the moment to address what is occurring with you.

By learning how you uniquely feel the energies of stress helps you to become more aware of specific techniques you learn in this session to balance your energy.

People have spoken that after doing some of the energy clearing techniques, that the tension that they thought was muscular in their bodies, either stopped completely or subsided substantially.

Since many people find deep relaxation with massage, we include a focused attention massage, where you hold the most muscle tension.
