Healthfully Living

About jamie

altI have been doing the art of massage since 2001. I keep active in my studies of health, wellness, and science with on-going training and education. I am constantly learning and continue to grow. I focus to hold the alignment with what produces practical results and mental sobriety.

Working independently, has allowed me to fully focus on each client’s individual needs and goals in each session. I work intuitively, and this often leads to teaching exercises and techniques to clients that will help them in that moment.

I completed my Yoga teacher training from Baptiste Power Vinyasa Institute in 2005. In my early years of doing massage it helped me to prevent injuries that many massage therapists develop, and the benefits continue to this day.

My Mission: To facilitate healing, not fix people. I recognize that our bodies are designed with intelligence and that we are Mind, Body and Spirit.

Prenatal massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Orthopedic/Clinical Massage, Myofascial release, Shiatsu, Energy medicine, and Reiki.
In 2015, I completed my Master Reiki Teacher training in the Usui System of Reiki Shiki Ryoho, the original spiritual tradition that Mikao Usui taught.

Additionally, I have taught classes in various massage modalities at schools in Las Vegas throughout the years, including The Nevada School of Massage Therapy.

I create Batik Art. Batik is a technique that uses wax and liquid color on fabric to paint and color cloth with beautiful designs inspired by nature. You may see my artwork, or art I have for sale at my studio. I currently do commission art for people.
