The feet focus session derives from the knowledge that all development begins with the feet. This pertains to the energy development of the human body. By addressing the feet we help energy to move up the body, helping to bring the entire body back into balance.

In this session, we work some reflexology points to stimulate and animate to increase the function of the immune system.
It is best to wear loose comfortable clothing during your session.

 I may work feet and calves during the course of a full session and may revisit certain areas repeatedly to help balance, relax and soothe. The pressure should not be painful. I will check in with you to see if the pressure is good.

Most people get deeply relaxed while receiving the feet focus.

After your session, drink plenty of fresh water to help cleanse your body.
